It is so tempting to skip the gym some days.
The reasons *not* to train are myriad.
There are work commitments.
There are happy hours.
Sometimes, there’s no real tangible reason at all.
You’re burnt out.
There’s nothing wrong with feeling like this at all.
There will be days when you don’t want to train.
On those days, commit to show up, warm up, and leave.
There’s a good chance you’ll end up doing your full planned training session.
If not, that’s cool.
You still got some movement in.
You can still check the box.
If you keep showing up.
If you keep putting in the work.
If you keep putting yourself first.
You’ll see the changes you want to see.
In your body.
In your life.
Just keep chipping away.
One day at a time.
You’ll move forward.
You’re going to do great.
