Not only that, but it’s a Friday in the middle of the holidays.
Are you putting something off until Monday?
Or after that winter break?
Some other occasion?
Are you delaying that change to your eating habits?
That new training program?
Looking at your bank account?
Finally doing the thing?
This is normal.
Change is freaking hard.
What if we fail?
What if we miss out on other options?
What if we don’t see the progress or results we want?
There’s a really good chance one or more of these things will happen.
Because you’re not perfect.
Life isn’t perfect.
It’s freaking hard.
Nobody makes it out alive.
So, what are you going to do?
Are you going to put off your best life?
Don’t wait until Monday, January 1st, or whatever you’ve chosen as “the day”.
Each day you wait is a day of your best life not lived.
It’s okay to fear failure, missing out, or uncertainty.
Start small, do what you can, and accept the inevitable imperfection.
You will make mistakes.
You will need to make adjustments.
You will feel at times as though you’re backsliding.
Your self-worth is not dependent on perfection.
You know this.
So keep showing up.
Keep putting yourself first.
Keep living like you love yourself.
That’s the process.
The perfectly imperfect process.
You are enough.
You will always be enough.
You’ve got this.
