Get off autopilot

Do you feel like you’re going through the motions?

If not, have you ever considered if that’s the case?

Have you asked yourself why you do what you do?

Is it simply your routine?

The way you’ve always done things?

Perhaps how you’ve seen others do things?

So, now you do so, without question?

Never giving any mind to what’s driving your actions?

Is it possible that you never really had a good reason?

That you’ve never given thought to how your life became your life?

What do you want your life to look like?

How does that compare to what your life is now?

You can’t change anything you’ve done in the past.

You can change what you’re doing right now.

You can start building the foundation for how you live moving forward.

You can start living on your terms.

That requires paying attention.

Recognizing that you are alive.

That you are here.

That you are now.

That here and now are all you have.

That it’s up to you what you do with this time.

Every second of every day has potential.

Potential for progress.

Potential for growth.

Potential for love.

Potential for play.

Potential for rest.

Potential for whatever aligns with your best life.

Start with presence and intentionality.

Get off autopilot.

This moment is all you have.

How are you using it?

For yourself?

For your dreams?

For your goals?

For your best life?

You are worthy of that.

You’ve got this.
