Sometimes we just aren’t making any progress.
In our health.
We know that we’ve got to do something.
We know that progress requires action.
Yet action is freaking hard.
Consistent action, even more so.
Often, we don’t take action at all.
We’re not sure how to get started.
We’re not sure what’s “the best way”.
We’re not sure how to work most effectively.
And we get stuck.
We get stuck planning.
We get stuck optimizing.
We get stuck researching.
We make these grand, elaborate plans.
Then we do nothing.
The plan is just too damn complicated.
It’s just too much work to put in, especially when we don’t even know if it’s going to work.
Often, in the event that we actually do take action, we struggle to do it consistently.
That grand plan we made takes a ton of effort.
We might keep it up for a day, week, month, or so.
Then we quit.
It’s just too much.
Make things easier on yourself.
Remove all the complexity.
Remove the resistance.
Keep it simple.
Simplicity creates action.
Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistent action creates progress.
Simplicity might not get you all the way.
But it will get you started.
You might need to change your plan as you go.
You can always make things more complicated if you need to.
Only if you need to.
For now, get started.
You are worthy of the best life.
What do you need to do to make that happen?
What have you been planning?
What have you been researching?
What have you been putting off?
How can you make it easier?
How can you simplify?
What’s the one, simple, small thing you can do today to create action?
You are worthy.
You’ve got this.
