Do you ever feel like you’re struggling to make consistent progress towards looking and feeling awesome?
Doing really freaking well some of the time.
Feeling more energized.
Other times, not so much.
Plateauing in the gym.
Clothes getting a bit tighter.
Fatigue setting in.
This can back and forth and back and forth can be so frustrating.
Especially when you feel like something’s working, and you’re super stoked to be moving towards your goals, and then your progress just stops.
This is normal.
The path to getting lean, strong, and healthy is not easy.
It’s not clear.
This won’t be a linear process.
You’ll take steps forwards.
You’ll take steps backwards.
You’ll have ups.
You’ll have downs.
So long as your “forwards” and “ups” outnumber your “backwards” and “downs”, you’re making progress.
It may not always seem like it.
But you are.
Just don’t quit.
You may need to pivot at times.
You may need to rest at times.
But just don’t quit.
You’re going to do great.
