Days, weeks, months, and years fly by.
Go through the day.
Go to bed.
Sometimes we throw in different hobbies or personal goals.
Nothing too out of the ordinary.
Yet, often we don’t stop and think about why we do what we do.
Are we doing all of this because we sincerely enjoy it?
Or are we doing all of this because it’s how we’ve been conditioned?
Might the answer even lie somewhere in between?
Unless we consider such questions, how do we know we’re living to our fullest?
Who’s to say we won’t find ourselves at the end of our lives, wondering what was it all for?
You’re not powerless to falling into such an ending.
You’re not without options.
You have time to start making sure you’re on the right path.
It starts with figuring out what that path needs to look like.
Work backward from what you want.
Identify clearly what that is.
Determine what you have to do to make it happen.
Start where you are.
Take one step at a time.
Assess your progress as you go.
Adjust as necessary.
Repeatedly ask yourself, “am I moving toward my best life?”
You might find that you’re already on your way.
That you’re doing pretty well.
Living in alignment with your truth.
You might, however, find the opposite.
That you’re way off tracking.
Living someone else’s truth.
Or worse, living a lie.
The only way that you’ll know is to ask.
Figure out what you want.
Then get to work.
You are worthy of that.
You’ve got this.
