Have you ever wanted, so bad, for somebody else to do something?
To change how they are living?
To improve their eating habits?
Take care of themselves a bit better?
Or perhaps even make changes completely unrelated to health and fitness?
Take a certain job.
Quit a habit.
Vote a certain way.
Yet, no matter what you say or do, they just won’t change.
And it stresses you out.
You don’t understand why they just won’t do the thing.
They’re not you.
They’ve lived a completely different life than you have.
There’s a gap between your truth and their truth than cannot be bridged by pressure.
Sustainable change is rarely forced.
You do you.
Share your truth.
Serve as an example of what’s possible.
Have faith that others will be inspired by the light you shine.
If not, you’ve done all you can.
That’s all you can do.
You are worthy of the best life.
Focus on creating it.
You’ve got this.
